Why Kai exists

I built this because I needed it.

I train four times a week. I want to progress. But I always felt like I wasn’t training optimally, and the plans I’d find online weren’t made for me. Generic blocks, generic templates, no idea how I actually moved last week.

Consistency turned out to be the hardest part. Not the workouts themselves. The showing up, the small recalibrations, the honest conversation with myself about whether what I’m doing is still working.

Kai is the coach I wanted: one that reads my actual training data, remembers what I told it, and pings me on the days I said I’d show up.
