Common questions
How do I import my Hevy data?
In the Hevy app, go to Settings → Export data → Share → Kai. Kai will pick up the file automatically and start reading your training history. On Premium, this happens continuously via direct API sync. No manual exports needed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), not by Kai directly. Cancel from your device’s subscription settings. Your Premium features stay active until the end of the billing period.
How do I delete my account?
From inside the app: Menu → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, conversations, and any imported training data. See our account deletion page for full details.
Is my training data shared with anyone?
Your data stays between you and Kai. Conversations are processed by OpenAI to generate Kai’s responses, but are never used to train models or shared with anyone else. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
